large batch volume to one of bespoke items, we can cater for all.
Tablet bulk bins
 Customer spec:- design & supply 30 bulk storage bins for transporting &
storing large quantities of tablets, within various processes in the
Pharmaceutical Industry.
Design
Make test rigs & sample components to prove concept & meet design
criteria, produce CAD drawings for review & approval prior to fabrication.
Fabrication
Fabricate components & machined assemblies to produce fully functional bins, (whilst working within tight quality controls at all stages).
Documentation
Provide detailed quality manual for CE validation, incorporating material traceability, fabrication procedures & inspections, surface finishes, NDT testing & proof load testing.
Mezzanine floor
 Customer spec:- design & install stainless steel mezz flooring & access
stairs & upper balcony within a new build production facility, as part of an
Alliance team & working to a tight delivery schedule.
Design
Produce detailed fabrication drawings & installation sequence to interface with installation of structural steel (by others).
Fabrication
Fabricate & part finish flooring plates, coving & balustrade components to be site welded.
Installation
Install & fully weld all components on site clean all welds to produce crack and crevice free finish (surface area of floor aprox 110 sq mtrs). |
